Cat's claw (Uncaria tomentosa) is great for the immune system, anti-inflammatory and used in treating arthritis and rheumatism as well as many digestive complaints.  Due to its powerful immune-enhancing qualities it has a wide variety of uses and has been researched for cancer treatment as well.
